Her workouts are modified to meet the ability level of each participant in class and although she pushes you to your limit, she makes you feel good about it at the same time.
Since beginning with Gabrielle I have lost 30 pounds and dropped down 4 sizes. And thanks to Gabrielle, I ran my first 5K road race on Thanksgiving day and ran another one recently. I think the true test is that on the rare occasion that I cannot attend a class, I feel like there is something "missing" in my day and can't wait to get back to the next class.

I cannot even begin to explain the benefits of attending this class. I had initially enrolled in this class as preparation for an event but continued afterward due to the significant increase in my quality of life. I have had asthma since childhood, which has often restricted my physical activity as I would become short of breath with little exertion. After having worked with Gabrielle for one session, my asthma had been reduced to the point where I barely used my inhaler. I can now run distances that I never thought were possible for me! I had become so bored with the gym and had stopped seeing results. I started with Gabrielle in April and have lost almost 20 pounds. The classes are always different and challenging and never have I felt intimidated. I am stronger than I have ever been and doing things I never thought I could do.
