1.   What should I bring to Boot Camp? 
A positive mind.

2.  Will we always be outside?
We will be indoors and outdoors.
3. Will I be sore?
You can expect soreness within 1 -3 days of exercise. Stretching and  foam rolling will help.

4. How soon will I see results?
Results will vary based on the level of effort and diet/nutrition and how hard  you push yourself.  Remember, everyone is different.
5. Should I eat before class?
If you are in the morning class, I recommended that you eat  something small before class. Protein shake, oatmeal, banana)
 
6. What is a typical class like?
Class will always start with a warm up and then could include any of the following: running, body weight training, agility drills, plyometrics, obstacle courses and core work. Every week I will focus on different drills, exercises. Remember.... practice is perfection!
7. What if I cannot make it to a class?
You will be allowed to attend another class during that session at your convenience. Classes are offered M, W, F morning/evening and also Sat mornings.
8. What is the refund policy?
We will not issue a refund. If you are unable to come due to circumstances beyond your control, we will issue a credit for the next session.
